”Okinawa Meets Hawaii” A delicious breakfast to eat on your trip

Today, I would like to introduce my favorite pancake shop located on the main island of Okinawa, Naha city, and just a short distance from Kokusai Dori.
With the concept of “delicious breakfast to eat while traveling,” you can enjoy a colorful and Hawaiian breakfast in a cozy interior styled with a Scandinavian interior.
When we have business on the main island of Okinawa, we often stay at Kokusai Dori.
I want to have a delicious food for breakfast, so I come here when I get up early.
(Because it is difficult to enter the shop without waiting in line before opening, I will give up if I oversleep.)

Pancakes, Açaí bowls, sandwiches… If you get lost, order everything!

After knowing the deliciousness of Hawaiian pancakes, pancakes are a must-try menu when visiting Hawaiian restaurants.
For breakfast, lunch, snacks.
There are souffle pancakes and standard pancakes on the menu.
Both are so delicious that I can’t decide which one to choose!

What is Açaí called superfood?

The Açaí bowl looks good on the body and looks like a signboard menu.
Açaí is a fruit that becomes a plant in the palm family and looks almost like blueberries and has almost no taste.
It is that Brazil and Amazon are native.
A healthy food rich in polyphenols, iron, dietary fiber and calcium.

The granolas used in the Açaí bowl are homemade.
You can also buy them as a souvenir and take them home. (I bought 3 packs!)
Handmade granola has a completely different taste from commercially available granola, so after I finished eating the granola I took home as a souvenir, I started to make homemade granola.

Island tofu and avocado sandwich

As sweets continue, I also order salty one.
It is toast sandwichs of avocado and cheese, with island soup.
The mini soup attached to the set is a natural taste of soup with lentils, brown rice and vegetables.
I think that this kind of soup is also good for a light breakfast.
I remember the potage I used to eat when I lived in France.

Summary

The inside of the store is small and there are few seats, so it will be full as soon as the store opens.
When I went on time, I couldn’t enter even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, which made me regrettable.
The opening hours are different on weekdays and weekends, so it is recommended to be careful and go early to line up.
