At our family, every year on the birthday of each child, we invite friends to have a small party.

Since it was the time when tourists had not returned to the island in full swing, school events and local events have returned to normal, so we desided to celebrate with a reduction in scale and outdoor activities.

Making invitations for birthday parties

Who would you like to come to your birthday party?
It’s difficult to make a decision, but basically I have my child decide.
If nothing goes wrong, I would call all the people that the child wants to call, but this year it was difficult because I planned to reduce the scale.

We will start preparing invitations about two weeks ago and distribute them early.
The children are also busy.

This time, my son made a decoration based on what I printed on my computer.
In the case of my daughter, it is a girl, so I finish it so cute that I am impressed, but as you can see, the son finished it in a way that I could never draw (laughs).

I can’t go to Ishigaki Island where the shops are located so often, so I made a shopping list and bought them in bulk.

Decoration for birthday party in the room

You can buy balloons, flowers made from paper, and garland, which are convenient for decorating your room, at the 100-yen shop, but since they will be the decorations you’ve seen somewhere, we recommend the online shop.

Birthday party activities

This time, we mainly play outside, so we prepared water bubbles, soap bubbles, and water balloons.
My daughter managed the children as Animatrice (an entertainer), so I was grateful that Dad and Mom could clean up the table in the meantime to prepare cake time.
It was a hot day, so girls and boys enjoyed playing with the water.
It was the sequence of playing with water → game → present time → cake → fireworks.

After the fireworks, he handed over the present thank-you gifts, and thanked them for the visits and gifts.
Eating a lot, playing a lot, seeing the smiles of the children, it was a great time for both children and me.

Summary

It is an important birthday once a year for children, but for moms, it is a birthday party where we can enjoy the joy of having grown up so far since the birth of our child.
